This year marks Sisterhood Gardens' 8th anniversary in the OMI neighborhood of District 11.  Sisterhood Gardens is a project led by the Chinese Progressive Association, a membership-based organization organizing to win better living and working conditions across San Francisco. Members and staff will share stories about the origins and growth of our beloved community green space.  They will also discuss ways to build community through gardening, connect to culture through plants and what the growth of community gardening can mean for San Francisco's social and natural environment.
