Learn about blue zones around the world where people consistently live over 100 years old and how we can start a blue/green zone project in San Francisco.

We have a marvelous natural infrastructure here in San Francisco: beautiful parks and beaches, nature trails and staircases, amazing views to lift spirits, and most of all—hills! There is a correlation with longevity and steep places, worldwide.  We can easily add more movement to our daily lives. Let's inspire more visitors and locals alike to fully appreciate what we have here.

Marcia Degelman is a Nationally Certified Health and Wellness Coach, Restorative Yoga teacher and senior Massage Therapist at the UCSF Osher Center for Integrative Health. She is passionate about San Francisco and living a healthy lifestyle and encouraging others to do the same.

Space limited. Reservations required: (415) 355-2880 or online.
