A collaborative effort by Laron Bickerstaff & Douglas Morris at Creativity Explored II. The book destroyed and reborn through this sculpture is from the Gay and Lesbian Center. But the obvious reason for its destruction is the anger and misunderstanding experienced by all minorities. The two artists here represent a wide range of minorities. Between them both they belong to the African American, wheel chair, Deaf, Developmentally Disabled and Gay Communities. It is important to remember when we minimize one community we hurt us all as a community
