The renovation of the 1st Floor men’s restroom is almost complete. New partitions, tile and lights will be installed this week with a target date of opening on Friday. Early Wednesday morning the new exhaust fan will be hoisted to the roof and connected. The installation of the new plumbing equipment will be finished. In the Borrower Services area the limestone and other flooring will be installed, data & telephone lines will be finished, the new circulation desk and other cabinetry will begin to be installed, the glass enclosure for the automated self-return units and the conveyor belt will be built and new acoustical tiles will be placed in the ceiling. The new registration/e-commerce stations will be installed. Estimated time of opening the renovated Borrower Services side of the 1st Floor is July 2nd.
