July 2-6, 2007
This week will see the finishing touches on the Borrower Services side of the 1st floor. The last of the staff workstations have been installed and staff has moved in.
The final pulling of electrical & data connections will be completed. The sanding, polishing & staining of the new circulation desk will be finished. New limestone & carpet tiles will be completed.
Staff is setting up the new work flow and equipment on the circulation desk and registration area. The temporary wall will come down on Friday, the 6th or Monday, the 9th and the new Borrower Services area will open.
