Update:

January 15-19, 2007
A protective wall and canopy have been erected in the Atrium around the Borrower Services area. On Monday, January 15, while the library is closed for the Martin Luther King Holiday, demolition will begin on the stairway, the return counter and the library card desk . Electrical, plumbing and HVAC work behind the wall will also begin. The circulation functions are now consolidated in the front of the 1st Stop area. You can return your books, pay fines, register for a library card or check out materials all in that same area. AV material continue to move around on that floor so watch for signs or ask a staff member. The Internet Express computers have moved to the back of the floor along with the chairs for waiting your turn.
