Noe Valley is the fifth branch to be renovated through the Branch Library Improvement Program, the November 2000 ballot measure resoundingly passed by the voters of San Francisco. This project will include a complete renovation, seismic upgrade, Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) access improvements, and technology upgrades, while retaining the historical integrity of this landmark building.
