Notice of Meeting - July 18, 2002
A regular meeting of the San Francisco Public Library Commission will be held as follows:

The meeting will be called to order.
1. APPROVAL OF THE JUNE 20, 2002 MINUTES - ACTION
Presentation of, discussion of, and possible action to approve the Minutes of the regular Commission meeting of June 20, 2002.

2. LETTER OF INTENT- 190- 9th STREET - ACTION
Presentation and discussion of and possible action to request the Department of Real Estate to enter into negotiations for the acquisition of 190 – Ninth Street as the location for the Library Support Services Center.

3. GLEN PARK MARKET PLACE UPDATE - DISCUSSION
Presentation of and discussion on the Glen Park Market Place project.
4. BOND PROGRAM MANAGER’S REPORT - DISCUSSION
(This is a discussion item to allow the Branch Library Bond Program Manager to report on recent bond program related activities and make announcements.)
This report will consist of an informational presentation: public sector construction contracting; regular reports: program budget and schedule; site acquisition, active projects; and upcoming community outreach; and special reports: no presentation.

5. BLIP ADVISORY COMMITTEE REPORT - DISCUSSION
(This item is to allow the Branch Library Improvement Bond Program Advisory Committee to inform the Commission of their current and proposed activities.)
6. PUBLIC COMMENT - DISCUSSION
(This item to allow members of the public to comment on matters within the commission’s purview as well as introduce new agenda for the commission’s consideration.)
7. ADJOURNMENT - ACTION
(requires motion and public comment)
