TERMS FOR ACQUISITION
Presentation on and discussion of authorizing the City Librarian to sign a letter of intent from the San Francisco
Redevelopment Agency (the "Agency") setting forth the major terms and conditions to the City's acquisition of a
public branch library in the Mission Bay North Redevelopment Project Area and authorizing the City Librarian, in
consultation with the City Attorney's Office and the Director of Property, to negotiate the final purchase and sale
agreement with the Agency in substantially the form of the letter attached to the agenda.
