A special meeting of the San Francisco Public Library Commission called by the Commission President will be held as

- ACTIONCHARGE FOR THE WORK OF THE AD HOC
BRANCH BOND COMMITTEE
Discussion of and possible action to approve a proposed charge setting out the scope of responsibilities, authority, and work for the Committee.
- ACTIONBASELINE BOND BUDGET/SCHEDULE
Discussion of and possible action to revise the proposed budget and schedule of the bond program to reflect changes
that have occurred since the original bond program budget and schedule were approved.
- DISCUSSIONADVISORY COMMITTEES
Discussion of the possible creation of staff and/or citizen advisory committee(s) by the City Librarian to advise
the Library concerning activities related to the Branch Library Bond Program.
- DISCUSSIONBOND PROGRAM MANAGER’S REPORT
(This is a discussion item is to allow the Branch Library Bond Program Manager to report on recent bond program
related activities and make announcements.)
This report will consist of a report concerning proposed projects reporting, a status report on active projects,
an update on the ongoing discussions with Landmarks Preservation Advisory Committee, and a recap of the Friends
& Foundation design charrette dealing with neighborhood branch libraries.
- DISCUSSIONBRANCH LIBRARY SITE SELECTION UPDATE
Discussion of possible sites for proposed new branch libraries, including the Glen Park Branch Library.
- DISCUSSIONPUBLIC COMMENT
(This item is to allow members of the public to comment generally on matters within the Commission’s purview as
well as to suggest new agenda items for the Library Commission’s future consideration.)
