This report will consist of a report on branch projects, an update on the ILS (Integrated Library System) RFP
process, and a report on the Zap Fest typographic calligraphic exhibition.

Presentation of, and discussion of an update report on the close out of the Library’s 2000/2001 Budget.

Presentation of, discussion of, and possible action to create a Commission Committee to oversee all activities
related to the Branch Library Bond Program.

(This item is to allow the Friends and Foundation of the San Francisco Public Library to inform the Commission of
their current and proposed activities.)
- DISCUSSIONUNION REPORT
(This item is to allow members of library labor organizations to report on employee matters within the Commission’s
purview as well as to suggest new agenda items for the Library Commission’s future consideration.)
- DISCUSSIONNEW BUSINESS
(This item is to allow Commissioners to introduce new agenda items for future consideration.)

(This item is to allow members of the public to comment generally on matters within the Commission’s purview as
well as to suggest new agenda items for the Library Commission’s future consideration.)
