This report will consist of reports on: an exhibits and programs update, a report on the Library’s online
reservation system, a report on the Golden Gate Valley Branch closure, a report on The Grapes of Wrath program,
and a KRON-Channel 3 video clip on databases.

Presentation, discussion, and possible action to revise the Library’s Records Retention Policy to bring it up to date.

purview as well as to suggest new agenda items for the Library Commission’s consideration.)
- NEW BUSINESS
(This item is to allow Commissioners to introduce new agenda items for consideration.)
