Presentation and discussion of and possible action to request the Department of Real Estate to enter into
negotiations for the acquisition of 190 – Ninth Street as the location for the Library Support Services Center.

Presentation of and discussion on the Glen Park Market Place project.
- DISCUSSIONBOND PROGRAM MANAGER’S REPORT

related activities and make announcements.)
This report will consist of an informational presentation: public sector construction contracting; regular reports:
program budget and schedule; site acquisition, active projects; and upcoming community outreach; and special
reports: no presentation.
