A regular meeting of the San Francisco Public Library Commission will be held as follows:

Date: Thursday, March 20, 2003 Time: 4:00 PM Place: Koret Auditorium, Main Library, lower level

The meeting will be called to order.

  1. ACTIONAPPROVAL OF THE MINUTES

    Presentation of, discussion of, and possible action to approve the Minutes of the regular Commission meeting of February 20, 2003.

  2. ACTION190 – 9th STREET IMPROVEMENTS

    Presentation and discussion of and possible action to approve transfer of funds from the Library Improvement Fund for certain improvements to the Library’s System Support Services Center at 190 – 9th Street

  3. ACTIONLIBRARY 2003/04 BUDGET

    Presentation on and discussion of and possible action to modify and approve budget change proposals for the Library’s 2003/04 Budget.

  4. DISCUSSIONEXCELSIOR BRANCH DESIGN REVIEW

    Presentation and discussion of a design team and library staff response to peer review panel, Commission, and public comment regarding the proposed design concept for the Excelsior Branch Library.

  5. PUBLIC COMMENT

    (This item is to allow members of the public to comment generally on matters within the Commission’s purview as well as to suggest new agenda items for the Library Commission’s consideration.)
