A selection of children's books It’s Raining Dogs and Cats is on view in the Fisher Children’s Center, Second Floor, Main Library. April 1 through May 31, 2010. In conjunction with the larger SCOWAH Annual Exhibition, A Dog's Life, located on the 6th floor.
